Data Deletion Instructions

SuperStatus.sk accesses your social media account data (Facebook, Instagram) via official API only to enable the scheduling and publication of posts that you create yourself.

How to request data deletion

If you wish to delete your personal data associated with the SuperStatus app from our database, you can do so in the following way:

Via email request: Send an email to info@superstatus.sk with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days.

Removing access through Facebook

You can revoke SuperStatus app's access to your Facebook account at any time directly in Facebook settings:

  1. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. In the menu, select Apps and Websites.
  3. Find SuperStatus.
  4. Click Remove.
